Pass Guarantee
Do the work with us, and if you still don't pass your certification exam, you take the course again at no tuition cost.
Initial EMS and Fire Programs
If you have used every attempt at your National Registry (NREMT) or Texas Commission on Fire Protection exam and haven't passed:
- Re-enroll free. Retake our online course at no additional tuition.
- Join an in-person class instead, when a seat is open.
- Free NREMT refresher. After three unsuccessful NREMT attempts we provide a refresher that meets National Registry requirements, at no cost.
- Minimal extra costs. You only pay for a new online access code or other required course items, if needed.
Certification Courses
The guarantee also covers every certification course we teach, through every organization we teach for, including NAEMT, the American Red Cross, HSI and others.
If you need to retake a course, you can attend the next available class, online or in person, to reinforce your skills and prepare for success.

To Qualify
The guarantee is for students who fully engage with the course. You must:
- Complete all assignments and projects by their deadlines.
- Attend every required day, in person or online.
- Finish the course within the designated timeframe.
- Maintain academic integrity. Cheating on any quiz, exam or assignment voids the guarantee.
- Use all of your certification exam attempts before re-enrolling.
- Ask for help from instructors or staff when you're struggling.
- Pay in full, including tuition and materials.
- Stay in good standing, with no disciplinary action during the course.
- Turn in required paperwork and prerequisites on time.
